New authorizations for COFA

Authorizations for Brazil, Ecuador and Vietnam were granted to COFA by decision of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs on December 8, 2023.

Authorization to act as an intermediary for the adoption of minors habitually resident abroad was granted to the Confédération Française pour l’Adoption (COFA), headquartered at 12 rue Bel Air – 13006 MARSEILLE, on December 20, 2023 by the Conseil départemental des Bouches-du-Rhône.
