The Confédération Française pour l’Adoption (COFA) was created in 2009. It brought together the historical committees under the aegis of Œuvre de l’Adoption. By decision of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and order of 20 December 2023 of the Bouches du Rhône Departmental Council, the COFA is authorised to act as an intermediary for the adoption of minors residing in Brazil, Ecuador and Vietnam.
COFA offers prospective adopters, adoptive parents and their children the benefit of its long experience of adoption in many countries, through the branches that make it up.
